An online influencer, who accumulated a large following, has reemerged on social media with a surprising announcement. Kristina Ozturk, 27, shares her children with her husband, Galip Ozturk, a businessman who recently completed a two-year prison term for drug-related offenses. Galip had previously faced a life sentence in Istanbul for allegedly orchestrating a murder in 1996 but evaded capture by relocating to Georgia in 2018.
Kristina has now declared her intention to expand their family further with Galip, despite their already large brood. The couple enlisted the help of surrogates between March 2020 and July 2021, spending a substantial sum to welcome 22 children into their household. Although the rapid succession of 20 births within a year may be astounding to many, the Ozturks are contemplating having over 100 offspring in total.
In a 2021 interview, Kristina expressed her lifelong desire for a large family, a dream she and Galip have actively pursued since meeting. While their relationship has evolved significantly, their shared ambition for a sizable, joyful family remains unchanged. Kristina, assisted by nannies, manages the household responsibilities, emphasizing that despite the challenges posed by their numerous children, her days are always dynamic and fulfilling.
The couple has decided to postpone further surrogacy efforts until their existing children are older. Galip, who served a recent prison sentence for drug-related charges, celebrated his release with a grand party at their residence in Batumi, where he and Kristina first met.
Turkish media reported Galip’s release under supervised conditions, highlighting his evasion of the law since fleeing to Georgia in 2018. Despite their unconventional family size and the challenges they face, Kristina and Galip are determined to create a happy and harmonious household, aiming to be one of the world’s most content families.
