Keir Starmer has commended the courage of emergency responders and security personnel for averting a larger tragedy following a terrorist incident at a synagogue in Manchester.

The Prime Minister abruptly ended a meeting with European leaders in Denmark to convene an emergency Cobra meeting in London following the attack, which resulted in the loss of two lives within the Jewish community at the synagogue.
