Rylan Clark has disclosed that a recent visit to an astrologer left him shocked after being warned about potential future health issues. The popular TV personality was filming his new BBC program, Passage To India, with close friend Rob Rinder when they decided to consult the astrologer, capturing the moment for the show.
Despite initially dismissing astrology as nonsense, Rylan became apprehensive as the astrologer, Professor Vinod Shastri, predicted possible health issues involving his teeth, lungs, and legs. The astrologer also mentioned Rylan’s past relationships and suggested he might have a “slightly psychotic problem,” much to Rob’s amusement.
Following a chaotic turn of events during the reading, Rylan humorously shared that his mother had actually provided the wrong birth details, rendering the entire session inaccurate. Meanwhile, Rob found himself in an awkward situation while rapping in a Delhi marketplace after meeting a local rapper named Naveen Koomar, an experience he described as cringe-worthy.
Having previously won a TV BAFTA for their show, Grand Tour, the duo is hopeful that Passage To India will be equally well-received and potentially lead to future collaborations. However, Rylan jokingly expressed uncertainty about the theme of a possible third series, suggesting a humorous scenario based on his limited literary interests.
Rob and Rylan’s Passage To India is scheduled to air on Sunday, September 14, at 9 pm on BBC Two. For more entertainment news and updates, follow Mirror Celebs on various social media platforms.
