Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features and content to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers a variety of enhancements, including special guest workouts and multi-week programs.
One standout addition is the introduction of multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progressively increase in intensity over time, providing a gradual approach to improving fitness levels. For instance, users can engage in programs such as “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” for combined workouts or “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” to incorporate yoga into their routine consistently.
A new program called “Make your Fitness Comeback” caters to individuals looking to kickstart their fitness journey. This four-week plan includes three weekly workouts of Strength, HIIT, and Yoga, each lasting just 10 minutes, building upon the previous week to aid users in their fitness progress.
In addition to these programs, Apple Fitness+ will offer extra content, such as new episodes of Time to Walk featuring celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will also return, showcasing workout playlists featuring music from renowned artists, including Grammy Award winner KAROL G.
Moreover, Fitness+ will feature guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness influencer Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. Users can access all this content on various devices like iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with added functionality when paired with the Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, offering a comprehensive fitness experience for users at various levels.
