“Disney+ Raises Subscription Prices, Adds Exciting Content”

Disney+ has implemented a price increase across all its subscription plans, impacting both new and existing customers. The changes, which took effect on September 30, include a monthly raise of £1 for Standard and Standard with Ads plans, now priced at £9.99 and £5.99 respectively. The Premium Plan cost has increased by £2, reaching £14.99 per month.

Annual subscriptions have also been affected, with the Standard plan rising by £10 to £99.90 annually and the Premium plan up by £20 to £149.90 per year. Existing subscribers will be notified of these changes in advance according to Disney’s terms and conditions.

Despite the price hike, Disney+ has expanded its content library significantly in recent months. New additions include the Korean spy thriller “Tempest,” documentaries like “Swiped” and “Sneaker Wars Adidas vs Puma,” and upcoming releases such as “Murdaugh Death in the Family.” Subscribers can look forward to streaming “All’s Fair” in November and Season 2 of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” on December 10.

One of the latest additions, “Chad Powers,” has received positive feedback, with reviewers praising its humor and entertainment value. Fans of actor Glen Powell have shown interest in a potential second season of the show. Disney+ continues to enhance its content offerings, catering to a diverse audience.
