His popular ITV show, Saturday Morning, was nominated in the Daytime category at the event held on September 10 at The O2 Arena in London.
Although James’ culinary program was in contention alongside This Morning, Loose Women, and Scam Interceptors, it was This Morning that clinched the award. Expressing his gratitude, James thanked his supporters for their votes at the NTAs and congratulated This Morning on their win.
In the video, James, donning a striped apron, was seen back in the kitchen, referring to it as his “day job.” He concluded his post by thanking everyone for their votes, prompting a wave of supportive comments from fans who expressed confidence in his future success.
Attending the National Television Awards with his girlfriend Kim Johnson, James made a stylish appearance on the red carpet, as reported by the Express. Kim, a personal trainer, became James’ partner after his split from long-term girlfriend Louise Davies in 2023. In turn, Kim was previously married to Arun Nayar, the former husband of Elizabeth Hurley, until their separation in 2017.
