Gabriel Farrel, known for his pizza business in Brazil, met with the fatal accident despite his social media post just a day earlier showcasing the joy of life. With a large following on Instagram and TikTok, tributes poured in for Gabriel, highlighting his positive and vibrant personality.
One heartfelt message expressed, “You brought pure light wherever you went,” while another praised his upbeat nature. Vinicius Lousada, in an emotional tribute, acknowledged Gabriel’s impact on others and his zest for life.
Before his skydiving pursuits, Gabriel had a background in engineering but followed his passion for cooking, establishing the popular Borda & Lenha pizzeria chain, which grew to over 70 franchises in Brazil. His appearance on Shark Tank Brazil in 2021 further boosted his business prospects.
Apart from his culinary ventures, Gabriel was active on social media, sharing entrepreneurial insights and showcasing his adventures in extreme sports. This unfortunate incident follows the tragic death of skydiver Jade Damarell, who lost her life in a similar accident earlier in the year. Jade, an experienced skydiver, tragically passed away after a parachute malfunction during a jump, with her death later ruled as suicide by the coroner.
