“Hulk Hogan Excludes Daughter from Will, Leaves $5M to Son”

Hulk Hogan, the WWE legend who passed away in July, has reportedly excluded his daughter Brooke from his will, leaving his estate worth nearly $5 million solely to his son, Nick.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Brooke chose not to be listed as a beneficiary of her father’s estate. She made this decision amidst concerns of potential financial disputes following Hulk’s death. The will had been revised four times, with Brooke requesting to be removed from it in 2023, the most recent amendment.

The disclosed assets in the legal papers included $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and the estimated $4 million value of his right to publicity. Notably, the real estate holdings were not detailed in the filed documents.

Nick Hogan emerges as the sole inheritor of Hulk’s assets. Speculations suggest that the undisclosed $11 million real estate assets might be under a trust’s control.

Hulk Hogan, who passed away at 71 due to a heart attack, had a strained relationship with Brooke before his death. She shared that she distanced herself from him in his final years. Besides the known assets, there is a potential undisclosed value linked to a medical malpractice lawsuit, which Hogan’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, is exploring post a neck surgery that she believes contributed to Hulk’s demise.

Nick has taken legal action related to his father’s will and assets in a bid to halt Todd Clem, known as Bubba The Love Sponge, from releasing a documentary focusing on a 2012 scandal involving a leaked sex tape. Despite the judge ruling in favor of Todd with conditions on the documentary’s release, Brooke affirmed that her father did not hold Todd responsible for the tape leak.
