Customers can utilize any bank within the NatWest group for face-to-face services if needed. For instance, NatWest customers can access RBS branches and vice versa. Additionally, customers can explore the option of visiting a “mobile branch,” where staff members provide services in community locations for a specified period.

To meet the evolving needs of customers, NatWest has emphasized digital services, with over 80% of active current account holders utilizing digital platforms. While everyday transactions are efficiently handled through digital banking, customers value speaking to knowledgeable staff for more complex matters. The bank is committed to enhancing self-service capabilities and offering personalized experiences in response to the industry-wide shift towards digital services.
