The 34-year-old star of “The Apprentice” and upcoming contestant on “Strictly Come Dancing” confessed that his involvement with aesthetician Amy-Lucy O’Rourke was a regretful “moment of madness” that almost destroyed his life.
The reality TV personality, who got married to Sinead in May 2022, admitted to cheating shortly after their wedding. While Amy-Lucy claimed the affair lasted three months, Thomas characterized it as a brief “two-week fling.”
Speaking about his actions, he acknowledged, “I had a fling. It was a mistake. I woke up feeling terrible, full of guilt. I confessed to my wife. In that moment of weakness, I failed to appreciate what I had.” Thomas also shared a now-deleted post praising Sinead and their marriage, along with a photo of a meal she had prepared for him.
Despite facing public scrutiny over the affair, Thomas expressed gratitude for his wife’s support and forgiveness. He emphasized the importance of admitting mistakes, learning from them, and avoiding repetition. The couple, who have three children together, met in 2018, got engaged in 2020, and have since strengthened their bond.
