Update your network encryption settings
Your router offers various encryption options, determining the security protocol used to encode and protect data transmitted via the wireless network. Ensure the password type is configured to ‘WPA2’ or ‘WPA3’ for enhanced security rather than ‘WEP’.
Establish and modify your passwords
Although it may seem obvious, a weak router password can lead to severe vulnerabilities.
