“Starmer Condemns Robinson and Musk for Inciting Violence”

Keir Starmer has strongly criticized Tommy Robinson and Elon Musk for the recent violence that has caused concern across the nation.

The Prime Minister emphasized to the Cabinet the ongoing battle for national unity against divisive forces. The government expressed alarm over a protest led by a convicted criminal, Robinson, and the incitement of violence by billionaire Musk during a rally in London that left 26 officers injured, with four in serious condition.

Starmer conveyed his shock at the attacks on police officers and the presence of a convicted criminal leading a march, noting the chilling effect on people, especially ethnic minorities in the UK. The government underscored the need for national renewal and unity to overcome toxic divisions.

The Prime Minister’s spokesperson reiterated the government’s support for free speech while acknowledging the fears some individuals may have experienced due to the events over the weekend. Elon Musk, the wealthiest individual globally, delivered a warning of impending violence and urged right-wing individuals to take action.

In response to questions regarding the PM’s language about a “fight,” the spokesperson clarified that the government recognizes the efforts to sow division and create intimidation based on individuals’ backgrounds and skin color.
