“Stunning Wildlife and Landscapes: Your Lens Showcase”

Birds, insects, and stunning landscapes are the highlights of the images featured in this week’s installment of “Your Lens.” To have your own striking photographs considered for next week’s edition, share them with us at cbcnb@cbc.ca. Remember to include your name and the location where the photo was taken.

Heather Molyneaux captured a close-up shot of a grey pigeon in Fredericton, while Maureen Levesque spotted a monarch caterpillar in Bayside, Saint Andrews. Jim Turnbull’s photo offers a view of the Kennebecasis River from Millidgeville in Saint John, with the Royal Kennebecasis Yacht Club visible on the right. Mélanie Allain was delighted to see a great egret in Salisbury, and Alexi Surette captured a bald eagle landing in the water after catching an eel in Grand-Digue near Shediac.

To submit your own photos or videos, email them to cbcnb@cbc.ca with “Your Lens” in the subject line. Remember to provide your name and the location where the image or video was taken, as submissions must pertain to subjects within New Brunswick. Include a brief description to explain the content of your submission and any additional details for context.

Please note that black-and-white photos or extensively edited images, such as those with heavy filters or over-saturation, will not be published. Watermarked images will have the watermarks removed.

Selected photos and videos will be featured on our platforms, including our television newscast, giving you proper credit for your work.
