“Tesco Unveils 270 New Frozen Products & Brand Partnerships”

Tesco has unveiled 270 new and upgraded products in its largest frozen range overhaul since 2018. The supermarket has refreshed its brand partnerships, offering items from renowned names like Greggs, Crosta Mollica, Zizzi, White Rabbit, Kitchen Joy, and Itsu, along with new additions like Street Snacks and Craft Pizza.

In addition to collaborating with external brands, Tesco has revamped its in-house frozen selection, now including air-fryer cooking instructions for energy-conscious consumers. The Finest frozen range has been expanded to include a variety of new options such as pizzas, pies, poultry, fish, meats, and desserts.

Furthermore, Tesco has kickstarted the festive season for shoppers by introducing Christmas favorites like Finest Beef Wellington, Finest Pigs in Blankets, Finest Potato Dauphinoise, and a delectable Finest White Chocolate, Mascarpone, Raspberry, and Blueberry Cheesecake.

Tesco reports that it has enhanced over 50 products with improved recipes and packaging. Among these updates, the meat, fish, and poultry categories have seen the introduction of 17 new products and enhancements to seven existing customer favorites.

A recent survey by Tesco revealed that one-third of consumers enjoy frozen food at least twice a week, highlighting its popularity and convenience. Frozen Category Director at Tesco, Naomi Kasolowsky, expressed excitement over the extensive changes in the frozen aisle, emphasizing the quality, convenience, and value frozen foods offer.

In a separate development, Tesco has raised the price of its meal deal, with Clubcard members now paying £3.85 instead of £3.60. Non-members are now charged £4.25, up from £4. The popular Tesco meal deal includes items like the Tesco Chicken Club Sandwich, Tesco Egg Protein Pot, and Coca-Cola 500ml, which would cost £6.50 if purchased individually, providing Clubcard members with savings.

This price adjustment marks the third increase for Clubcard holders and the fourth for non-members. Tesco is set to introduce new products to its premium meal deal in the near future, building on its commitment to offering diverse and appealing options to its customers.
