The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at home, marking the 14th time in the last 15 years. The NBA unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, with the Raptors starting their campaign on Oct. 21 against the Chicago Bulls at the Scotiabank Arena. Following their home opener, the Raptors will hit the road to face the Washington Wizards two days later.
Among the key matchups at home, the Raptors will face off against the reigning champions, the New York Knicks, in back-to-back games on Nov. 15 and 17. Additionally, fans can look forward to games against Victor Wembanyama’s San Antonio Spurs on Dec. 10 and Canadian standout Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10. January will be the busiest month for the Raptors, with 17 games scheduled, including a six-game homestand. The team will also play 15 back-to-back games during the season, with seven of them requiring no travel.
The NBA has announced 80 of Toronto’s 82 games, with two matchups yet to be scheduled after the group stage of the in-season NBA Cup tournament. Despite the exciting lineup, the Raptors will not be featured in the league’s Christmas Day games, a tradition they have not been part of since 2019 when they were the defending champions.
