Virgin Media is providing its TV customers with a special treat by offering free access to premium channels for the entire month of October. This complimentary offering includes popular channels such as Sky Kids, Cartoon Network, and Baby TV.
Families can enjoy a variety of shows like “Pip and Posy’s Spooktacular Party” on Sky Kids, “The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball” on Cartoon Network, “SpongeBob SquarePants” on Nickelodeon, and “Peppa Pig” without any additional charges. Typically, these kids’ channels would require a subscription fee, but Virgin Media has waived that fee just in time for the upcoming October half-term break.
In addition to watching at home, customers can also access these channels on the go through the Virgin TV Go app, making it convenient for entertainment during holiday travels. David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the importance of providing families with affordable entertainment options during school holidays.
For comparison, Sky Kids alone usually costs £8 per month when purchased directly from Sky. This limited-time offer from Virgin Media aims to ease the burden on families and offer quality children’s programming without any extra expenses.
