However, the lawsuit claims that Gomez and other company executives failed to deliver on their commitments, such as the development of a mobile app, despite signing a contract stipulating her responsibilities.
According to the lawsuit, the investors assert that the company did not fulfill its basic obligations, like timely payments to employees and vendors, and lacked a viable business strategy. The legal action aims to recover the invested funds and cover legal expenses incurred by the plaintiffs. The investors reportedly became aware of the company’s challenges only after an online news report highlighted the issues in September 2025. As of now, there has been no immediate response from Gomez or her representatives regarding the lawsuit.
